How to backup and
restore your web site files.
01. How to generate a full
backup of my account? (?)
- Click
on Backup, click on Generate/Download
a Full backup, which is located under Full
Backups and enter the backup information as explained
below.
- Backup destination:
If you wish to download the backup from your
account, select Home Directory.
If you wish the server to upload your backup
to another server, select Remote FTP Server.
- Email Address:
Enter your email address for confirmation of
backup.
- Remote Server:
If you wish to download the backup from your
account, leave this field blank. If you wish
the server to upload the backup to another account,
enter the address of the remote server.
- Remote User:
If you wish to download the backup from your
account, leave this field blank. If you wish
the server to upload the backup to another account,
enter the username of the remote server.
- Remote Password:
If you wish to download the backup from your
account, leave this field blank. If you wish
the server to upload the backup to another account,
enter the password of the remote server.

the account information as explained below.
- Email:
Enter the name of the email address you wish
to create and select the domain name that
you wish the email address to be created in.
- Password:
Enter the password you wish to assign to the
account.
- Quota
(optional): Enter the quota, in MB, you
wish to assign to the new email account, if
any.
- Click
on the Create button.
Example: If you wish to create bob@bobcompany.com,
you would enter bob in the field
and you would select bobcompany.com
in the list.
- 02. How to remove an
e-mail account? (?)
- Click
on Mail, click on Add / Remove
accounts, locate the mail account you wish
to remove and click on the Delete
button next to it. When you are asked Are you
sure you wish to delete the e-mail account account@your.com?
click on Yes if you are certain that
you wish to delete it.
- 03. How to change the
password of an e-mail account? (?)
- Click
on Mail, click on Add / Remove
accounts, locate the mail account for which
you wish to change the password and click on the
Change Pass button next to it. You
should be taken to the Change Mail Account Settings
page. In the field next to New Password, enter
your new password and click on the Change
button.

quota of a mail account? (?)

on Mail, click on Add / Remove
accounts, locate the mail account for which
you wish to change the quota and click on the
Change Quota button next to it. You
should be taken to the Change Mail Account Settings
page. In the field next to New Quota, enter the
new quota of the mail account in megabytes and
click on the Change button.

on Mail, click on Default Address
and click on Set Default Address which
is located at the bottom of the page. Select the
domain for which you want to change the default
address in the list and enter your desired default
address in the field. If you wish to discard all
incoming unrouted mail, enter :blackhole: in the
field. If you wish to bounce all the incoming
unrouted mail, enter :fail: in the field. Click
on the Change button to set the default
address.
Example: If you wish to bounce all incoming unrouted
mail for the domain bobcompany.com,
select bobcompany.com in the list
and enter :fail: in the field.

- 07. How to add an autoresponder?

- Click
on Mail, click on Auto-Responders
and click on Add AutoResponder, which
is located at the bottom of the page. The numerous
options in the Add AutoResponder page are explained
below:
- Email:
Enter the email address of the autoresponder
in this field and select the domain of the
autoresponder in the list.
- From:
Enter the name you wish to appear as the sender
when emails are received from the autoresponder.
- Subject:
Enter the subject of the autoresponder.
- Character
Set:
Select the character set, if other than us-ascii.
- HTML
Message:
Check the box if you have HTML code in the
message.
- Body:
Enter the message of the autoresponder in
this field.
- Click
on the Create button.
Example: If you wish to have an autoresponder
for the email address moreinfo@bobcompany.com,
you would enter moreinfo in the
field and select bobcompany.com
in the list.
- 08. How to edit an autoresponder?

- Click
on Mail, click on Auto-Responders,
locate the autoresponder you wish to edit and
click on the Edit button next to it.
You should be taken to the Add Autoresponder page
where you can edit the autoresponder as you wish.
When you have finished, click on the Create
button.
- 09. How to remove an
autoresponder? (?)
- Click
on Mail, click on Auto-Responders,
locate the autoresponder you wish to remove and
click on the Delete button next to
it.
- 10. How to block an E-mail?

- Click
on Mail, click on E-mail Filtering
and click on Add Filter, which is
located at the top of the page. You can block
emails using different criteria; From, Subject,
To, Body and Any Header.
Example: If you wish to block all hotmail email
addresses, select From in the first
list, contains in the second list,
enter hotmail.com in the field and
click on the Activate button
Example: If you wish to block all mail with the
word Free in the subject, select Subject
in the list, contains in the second
list, enter free in the field and
click on the Activate button.

on Mail, click on E-mail Filtering,
locate the filter you wish to remove and click
on the Delete button next to it.
- 12. How to create a forwarder?

on Mail, click on Forwarders
and click on Add Forwarder, which
is located at the bottom of the page.
In the first field, enter the email address to
be forwarded, in the list, select the domain name
of the forwarder and in the second field, enter
the external email address where the mails should
be forwarded. Click on the Add Forward
button.
Example: If you wish all mails send to bob@bobcompany.com
to be forwarded to bob@hotmail.com,
enter bob in the first field, select
bobcompany.com in the list and enter
bob@hotmail.com the in second field.
- 13. How to remove a forwarder?

locate the forwarder you wish to remove and click
on the Delete button next to it.

Managing your e-mails through WebMail.

Click on the Create button. The
page should refresh with The identity
"name here has been saved.
