" I have two domains hosted with Micfo, chicagohomepainting.com is one of them and the other one is homepainterchicago.com. Recently they've been hacked by some Turkish hackers called Cybersonic, or something like that. They deleted almost 30 megs of my data from the server, and they got in through my phpBB which was not updated. It was my fault, and honestly, I never thought about hacking, security of my website and stuff like that. To resolve the problem I called Micfo 24/7 support at 9 PM, to give me a new password, and to restore all my files. They did it in no time! and this is the 2nd time I got extremely fast support from this company, I have to mention Sally and Larissa, they are just top of the line. I am so happy having Micfo.com as my hosting provider, and I`m going to transfer all my domains (40) to them, just because they have an outstanding service and amazing customer support. Comparing them to some of the hosts I`ve been with like Bravenet, Canaca or Hostgator is like looking at the light at the end of a tunnel. We recently lost email functionality through our contact forms due to a PHP/SMTP glitch. These guys worked with me for 3 days in a row. I was getting responses in a matter of minutes. "Just wanted to say how much I really like the fact that I host with micfo.com and completely recommend it to anyone else. The tech guys are really friendly and accessible whenever I haven't been able to work something out. But what I love the best about micfo is they are really good to their existing customers. I've been with them for over a year now and they often offer existing customers specials (chances to upgrade your packages for free or a small one off fee) which is just really nice. I also like the fact that they are not stingy with features and will often add stuff for free. They let you host heaps of websites with one account (most places will only let you have one domain or charge money to set up extra domains over the first one). PS: If they don't have an open source application listed on the stuff they host, just ask them. I recently couldn't find MediaWiki (the CMS that runs Wikipedia.org) but just asked and they can put it on for free! "
