Whoever said falling in love with a tech company
was irrational due to all the market variety was
seriously mistaken. It has been 5 years
with Micfo.com
and each year was full of nice surprises, greater
offering and more respect for each other. Just
like in real life, Micfo happens to be my first
serious love.
Its amazing how one firm can change the working
environment. I've been with Micfo since early
2002 and not once in my 5-year experience have
they made me (or my sites) feel anything less
than happy. It might be a big word in anyone's
dictionary, but its the only one to describe my
experience correctly.
You guys, have achieved so many things: respect
from employees and customers, innovative and awesome
solutions, reliability and trustworthiness. One
may say you are just an ordinary company providing
web hosting solutions, which might just be true
if it wasn't for one little fact – “technically”,

I have two domains hosted
with Micfo, chicagohomepainting.com is one
of them and the other one is homepainterchicago.com.
Recently they've been hacked by some Turkish hackers
called Cybersonic, or something like that. They
deleted almost 30 megs of my data from the server,
and they got in through my phpBB which was not
updated. It was my fault, and honestly, I never
thought about hacking, security of my website
and stuff like that.
To resolve the problem I called Micfo 24/7 support
at 9 PM, to give me a new password, and to restore
all my files. They did it in no time! and this
is the 2nd time I got extremely fast support
from this company, I have to mention Sally
and Larissa, they are just top of the line.
I am so happy having Micfo.com as my hosting
provider, and I`m going to transfer all my domains
(40) to them, just because they have an outstanding
service and amazing customer support. Comparing
them to some of the hosts I`ve been with like
Bravenet, Canaca or Hostgator is like looking
at the light at the end of a tunnel.
I did and I do recommend Micfo.com for any hosting
needs you may have. There is just no better hosting

I just wanted to let everyone know just how professional
and helpful the guys at Tech Support have been
with us.
We recently lost email functionality through our
contact forms due to a PHP/SMTP glitch. These
guys worked with me for 3 days in a row. I was
getting responses in a matter of minutes. It was
quite frustrating not to have the contact forms
on my website available for customer communications,
but the fact that these guys stock with
us and never gave up until everything
was up and running made all the difference
to us.
In the end, they ended up migrating me to their
new data center and my problem was fixed after
that. My thanks go out to all in tech support,

wanted to say how much I really like the
fact that I host with micfo.com and completely
recommend it to anyone else. The tech guys are
really friendly and accessible whenever I haven't
been able to work something out.
But what I love the best about micfo is
they are really good to their existing customers.
I've been with them for over a year now
and they often offer existing customers specials
(chances to upgrade your packages for free or
a small one off fee) which is just really nice.
I also like the fact that they are not stingy
with features and will often add stuff for free.
They let you host heaps of websites with one account
(most places will only let you have one domain
or charge money to set up extra domains over the
first one).
PS: If they don't have an open source application
listed on the stuff they host, just ask them.
I recently couldn't find MediaWiki (the CMS that
runs Wikipedia.org) but just asked and they can
put it on for free! " |
