About This Position
We’re looking for someone who is either currently living in or willing to relocate to the Charleston area.
Because this role is the bridge between client requirements and final deliverables, the ability to effectively communicate is a key skillset.
The ideal candidate will have a desire to serve and educate, with a keen ability to deliver outstanding customer service, and manage projects within scope and budget.
We are seeking someone with experience and true passion for digital/inbound marketing. At least 4 years experience is preferred.
Manage large-scale clients through the entire lifecycle of projects
Meet with clients regularly
Manage client expectations and build strong relationships
Frequent, proactive communication with clients and team
Continually think of new ways to improve the client experience
Work with internal production team to deliver necessary resources
Present suggestions, initiatives and results to C-level clients
